I think this is one of the greatest "baby gadgets" out there!...Thanks Steph! It's called a Hotsling, and both Kate and I love it....as you can see here. If she is fussy I can put her in here and almost immediately she calms down and goes to sleep. She gets all cute and curled up in there, it's like being back in the womb.
Believe it or not you can use this until you baby is 35 pounds. There are a few different ways you can use it, this cradle hold is for little babies like her, although she got weighed yesterday and she is 9 pounds 2 ounces! We'll be onto the next sling stage before we know it!

I love the sling! I got one for my Bug when she was probably a month old and we still use it when we go out. You and Kate look great!
