A good fight

Most days Kate takes two naps, although I don't have her on a very strict schedule, and sometimes she doesn't nap at all. I can always tell when she is tired and I try to get her to sleep, but sometimes she fights it hard. This was one of those days. So, Carol and I walked her up to the store, walked around the store, and then back home and Kate stayed awake the whole time even though I know she was dead tired. Finally the second (literally) that we got back to the driveway she fell asleep. There was no way I was going to try to move her so we threw another blanket on her and let her sleep outside until she woke up.
