It took eight months for it to happen, but it's Friday the 13th again! Kate's birthday really did change the way I think about this day. I used to be a little superstitious about it and today I found myself excited that her eighth month "birthday" was falling on a Friday!
Kate is really growing into a little person as each month passes, this one especially. She knows exactly what she wants and now has the means to get it. She is crawling faster all the time and can also pull herself up on things to get something that she wants. She babbles non-stop and we are pretty sure that she says mom and dada! In fact I woke up this morning to her little voice saying "mom, mom"...standing up and looking straight my way :0)

The first snow. Kate wasn't sure of it at first, and even cried when she touched it, but after I covered her hands up and she could crawl around she was fine.
Standing tall in the backyard while we were cleaning up the leaves. I think she looks EXACTLY like Marc here!

Best friends. I really can't say enough about how good Indy is with her, and she's getting better at being nice to him :0)
