Making his Splash Dogs debut

Over Labor Day weekend we headed up to Soldier Hollow because they hosted the Sheepdog Championship and Country Festival including Splash Dogs, an event that you can bring your dog to and have them jump off this dock to compete for the farthest jump. We missed it last year and had been waiting for our chance to bring Indy. This was his second jump, not as good as his first which was 15 feet 11 inches, but still not bad. Looks like he took off from the dock too early on this one. It was a really fun day...overcast and a little rainy...but perfect, because if the sun were out it would have been way too hot to be outside all day! We are already looking forward to bringing Indy up there again next year!
