My neighbor stopped by yesterday with this "cake". It's made out of diapers and other fun baby stuff. She even had it in a cake box with a couple other goodies. 
Each diaper is wrapped in ribbon to hold it together and form the circle to hold everything else in. I love that it's Sponge Bob Squarepants!
Inside it's filled with more diapers and baby essentials like lotion, powder, and washcloths.
